2.Loading speed cannot be controlled within the specified time
The loading speed is too fast or too slow, mainly because the viscosity of the reducer oil is too small or too large, the reducer should be cleaned and the reducer oil should be replaced.

Causes and troubleshooting methods: (1) The hardness tester is not installed horizontally, the hardness tester should be adjusted to the level; (2) The surface of the steel ball is not smooth or the diameter exceeds the tolerance. 4.The hardness tester is repeatedly loaded and unloaded
Causes and solutions to this failure: (1) The push rod of the key switch is too long, and the A, B contacts of the steering switch and A1, B1 contacts cannot be disengaged. Adjust the length of the push rod and fix it; Improper installation position of the direction switch, the movable baffle cannot touch the pin on the direction switch, which causes the direction switch to not change direction. The installation position of the direction switch should be adjusted.

The cause of this failure is that the contact points of the reversing switch are burned and ablated, resulting in poor contact of the contact points. The contact points should be cleaned and polished or replaced with a new reversing switch.
6, the key switch is pressed, the hardness tester does not work, but there is a buzzing current sound
The cause of this failure is the lack of phase of the motor. Check whether the power supply is normal, whether the power plug is plugged in, whether the cable is open, whether the power switch is intact, whether the motor wiring is firmly connected, whether the motor coil is burned out, and whether the commutation switch is touching Whether point contact is good, etc., should be ruled out separately according to their circumstances.
