1.Load error exceeds ± 1.0% or unstable

Causes and solutions to this failure: (1) The blade of the force point is loose, the blade of the force point should be adjusted and tightened; (2) the wear of the blade of the force point and the fulcrum will increase the load error to varying degrees, and the blade should be studied; (3) the load lever The position of the adjustment block is not appropriate, and it can be moved forward or backward according to the situation, and it can be fixed tightly after adjustment. (4) The compression spring is rusted, which increases the friction between the spindle bush and the spindle. The rusted part should be cleaned and protected. Oil or replace it. (5) The loading is not stable, and there is a shock and vibration phenomenon, and the factors causing the unevenness should be excluded.

2.Loading speed cannot be controlled within the specified time

The loading speed is too fast or too slow, mainly because the viscosity of the reducer oil is too small or too large, the reducer should be cleaned and the reducer oil should be replaced.

3.The measured hardness value is inconsistent with the displayed value of the standard hardness block

Causes and troubleshooting methods: (1) The hardness tester is not installed horizontally, the hardness tester should be adjusted to the level; (2) The surface of the steel ball is not smooth or the diameter exceeds the tolerance. Use a micrometer to select a qualified steel ball and replace it. (3) The error of the indentation measuring device is too large, the allowable error of the indentation measuring device should be adjusted so that it is ≤ ± 0.5%; (4) The weight cannot be placed vertically, and the weight is rubbed against the back cover of the hardness tester, and it should be checked Whether the hanging ring is hanging on the key blade and whether the hanger rod is straight; otherwise, the hanging ring should be hung on the key blade and the hanger rod should be straightened; (5) The verticality of the spindle and the test platform, the axis of the spindle and the lifting screw The coaxiality of the axis is too bad, and the verticality of the spindle and the test platform, and the coaxiality of the spindle axis and the lifting screw axis should be adjusted according to the situation.

4.The hardness tester is repeatedly loaded and unloaded

Causes and solutions to this failure: (1) The push rod of the key switch is too long, and the A, B contacts of the steering switch and A1, B1 contacts cannot be disengaged. Adjust the length of the push rod and fix it; Improper installation position of the direction switch, the movable baffle cannot touch the pin on the direction switch, which causes the direction switch to not change direction. The installation position of the direction switch should be adjusted.

5.When all the hardness tester load is added, the machine will stop.

The cause of this failure is that the contact points of the reversing switch are burned and ablated, resulting in poor contact of the contact points. The contact points should be cleaned and polished or replaced with a new reversing switch.

6, the key switch is pressed, the hardness tester does not work, but there is a buzzing current sound

The cause of this failure is the lack of phase of the motor. Check whether the power supply is normal, whether the power plug is plugged in, whether the cable is open, whether the power switch is intact, whether the motor wiring is firmly connected, whether the motor coil is burned out, and whether the commutation switch is touching Whether point contact is good, etc., should be ruled out separately according to their circumstances.
